Having worked previously in the Tacoma area primarily in the area of family law, attorney Maggie Lund joined Abeyta Nelson Injury Law in 2018. Maggie’s law practice has always focused on advocating for those who are going through difficult situations. She is proud and humbled to represent plaintiffs in their personal injury matters.
Maggie graduated from Washington State University with a degree in political science. She then attended Seattle University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude
in 2012. During law school, Maggie was selected to join the Seattle University Law Review, the school’s oldest and most prestigious legal journal. After graduating, she served as a judicial law clerk for Judge Bruce I. Weiss in Snohomish County Superior Court.
Her experience in the Judge’s courtroom gave her valuable insight into how the court considers and decides all types of cases. In support of her alma mater, she sits as a judge for the mock trial competitions at Seattle University School of Law. She also regularly volunteers her time to provide legal advice to low-income citizens.
Maggie was raised on Mercer Island, near Seattle, WA. While Maggie’s three-year-old son takes up most of her free time, she also enjoys working out, getting outside for day hikes and adventures, boating, traveling both near and far, cooking, and entertaining family and friends.
