A Personal Approach to Personal Injury

handshake

By now, you know our slogan. At Abeyta Nelson, “we take your injury personally.” But, what does that mean? Unlike most other personal injury law firms, the attorneys at Abeyta Nelson will spend time with you. When you first call Abeyta Nelson, our experienced staff will gather the information needed by the attorney to have a productive and informative meeting with you. You will then meet personally with one of our attorneys. This first meeting often takes an hour or more as we want to learn about you and your injury. Many attorneys at other firms simply don’t take the time to get to know you. Remember, this initial conference with an attorney at Abeyta Nelson Injury Law is always free.

Why Work with Abeyta Nelson?

Our personal touch does not end there. Throughout your claim process, you will meet with your attorney in person to discuss the specifics of your case and recommendations to get the best possible outcome for you. You will also meet with the attorney after your medical treatment has ended to discuss your claim and its value, and also to evaluate the final settlement offer for your case. If the offer is too low, your attorney will tell you. We do not settle cases for less than the case is worth. If a lawsuit is necessary in your situation, you will meet with the attorney to go over that process in detail. And, once your claim is finished, either by settlement or a lawsuit, you will meet with the attorney, again in person, to receive your money.
