Jaysson F. Pfeifer

Jaysson F. Pfeifer is a Yakima-based personal injury attorney at Abeyta Nelson Injury Law, bringing a strong prosecutorial background, rigorous legal training, and deep local roots to his work, with a client-first approach grounded in service to the Yakima Valley community.

Attorney Jaysson F. Pfeifer joined Abeyta Nelson Injury Law in October 2025.  He graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Idaho College of Law in May 2023.  While in law school, Jaysson was an associate editor of the Critical Legal Studies Journal and one of the 3L representatives to the Student Bar Association.  He also holds Master of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees in law and justice from Central Washington University.   

Jaysson’s professional experience includes overseeing cases as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in the Special Assaults Unit of the Yakima County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.  He has also served as a legal intern with the Whitman County Prosecutor’s Office in Colfax, WA and Schwartz Law in Coeur d’Alene, ID.

 A native of Yakima, WA, Jaysson graduated from La Salle High School in Union Gap, WA in 2006.  He has been an active volunteer in the St. Paul Cathedral community, serving as assistant youth minister during and after his high school graduation.

 In his free time, Jaysson enjoys game nights and barbecues with family and friends, playing golf, hiking and fishing.  In addition, he loves traveling, and has been to three continents and 15 out of 50 States.  Jaysson’s goal is to visit all 50 States and all 7 continents. 

 Jaysson loves the Yakima Valley and is dedicated to his clients and community activities.
