National Volunteer Month – Abeyta Nelson Thanks Our Community Volunteers

April is National Volunteer Month – a time to thank and honor volunteers in our communities and to encourage volunteerism.  According to the Bureau of Labor and Statistics, 62.6 million people volunteered at least once for an organization in 2015.

The attorneys and staff at Abeyta Nelson Injury Law volunteer for at least 25 organizations, including the following:

1st Tee of Yakima, Breakthrough Church, The Capitol Theater, Cascade Team Penning Club, Catholic Charities of Central Washington, Children’s Village, City of Yakima Civil Service Commission, Dispute Resolution Center of Yakima and Kittitas Counties, Downtown Rotary, Gilbert Elementary School, LaSalle High School, Montessori School of Yakima, Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), Naches Valley Middle School, North Star Lodge Cancer Center, Selah School District, St. Paul Cathedral, St. Paul Cathedral School, United Way of Central Washington, Upper Valley Little League, Washington State Association for Justice, Washington State High School Rodeo Association, West Valley High School Booster Club, Yakima Valley Community Foundation, and Yakima Valley Team Penning Club.
